SMR100 : The SMR100-GSM/GPRS based series of products are an industrial class, high reliability, high stability devices use for Automatic Meter Reading (AMR). It embedded 32-Bit High Performance Microcontroller MCU, inbuilt industrial Cellular module and industrial communication port such as RS485 port for Modbus communication to Device, PLC etc. Or RS232, USB and Ethernet to collect data from external device.

Smart Device controller (SDC200) is available to control remote unit/machine such as Compressor, DG, Furnace, CNC machine etc. The controller has 2 potential free SPDT relay outputs that can be used for remote ON or OFF the instruments. SDC200 has cellular interface for remotely sending SMS commands or cloud based commands. The unit has Digital Inputs interface to sense feedback from instruments for valid command execution. The unit also offers analog input channels, analog output channels, digital inputs and outputs, RS-232 or RS-485, and USB (Optional) interfaces.
The wireless edge device transfers the conventional wired digital, analog and serial communication data to the cloud via Wi-Fi, LoRa. The IIOT module offers device Provisioning and Network Security features. The Edge device can monitor data for distributed devices (Such as DG, Compressor , CNC Machine, Chillers etc) on real time and send status data to centralised system or cloud for further analysis. The monitoring data systems can keeps track of unit for preventive maintenance to avoid critical shutdown due to failure. The data can be sensed by interfacing external sensors to distributed unit to monitor health of critical parts. The device is designed as per the industry guidelines and will operate on battery.
